The location is ideal for visiting Périgueux city center entirely on foot. Saint-Front Cathedral is at the end of the street, markets are located in the surrounding squares, and as soon as you walk through the door of the building, you’re directly in Périgueux’s protected area!
The building has been completely renovated to bring you all modern comforts while retaining the charm of the past. There’s just one apartment on each floor, to give you the utmost peace and quiet.
Le Cosy is located on the second floor and is fully equipped with bed linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, a large, bright bathroom with a spacious shower, high-speed internet access… All that’s missing is you!

April 2, 2023We stayed 3 nights in this lovely place. It was one of the best accomodation we had ever stayed! Great location right in the center of the old town of Périgueux, close to everything: bakery, restaurants, Saint-Front cathedral... Super easy to enter with codes. We will be back!

We stayed here last weekend, lovely apartment in the middle of the centre. Very clean, everything you need is there. Normally we stay in Mercure 4star in Perigueux but apartment Limogeanne is clean and more comfortable, so we will be back

April 2, 2022Really, really nice place to stay. The location is perfectly situated in the town center, almost every place of interest is in a few minutes walking distance. Still it's much quieter than I thought, though of course there are some sounds from passing people.There are serveral free public parking sites near by and 2 with liable costs. The rooms are freshly renovated and equipped with modern, tasteful and comfortable furniture. To enter the building and flat you get two different codes. The flat door was a little tricky at first as you have to touch the empty black door lock surface to activate the num pad.

April 2, 2021We stayed there for one night. Very clean, well designed and equipped and the location couldn't be better. The apartment is small, but enough for a couple, it is bright and in a pedestrianised street. Perfect place for a night or a weekend in Perigueux!

It was such a privilege to stay in this pristine and beautiful apartment. We learnt that the owners had designed it around what they themselves had experienced when travelling and this showed. It really is a place where you can unwind and we appreciated all the small details like lovely bed linen and the smell of a boutique hotel as you walk up the stairs. It was as much fun lazing around in the apartment as it was soaking up the city life outside. Thanks so much and we would definitely return if ever possible.

None, we offer 3 identical apartments located in the same building, with only 1 apartment per floor. Our 3 apartments have been completely renovated and are fully equipped.
The Charming is on the second floor, The Cosy on the second and The Cocoon on the third.
Our apartments are equipped with an easy-to-use connected lock. You will receive your access codes the day before your arrival. Your apartment will be available from 4 pm to 11 am on the day of your departure. You can also arrive earlier or leave later, depending on our booking schedule and for an additional charge.
