Article 1 – Purpose

The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the reservation of stays offered on the https://apparts-limogeanne.com/ website by Apparts Limogeanne.

All bookings made on the site imply unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Services offered

Apparts Limogeanne offers short-term furnished apartments at 19 rue Limogeanne, 24000 Périgueux.

The main characteristics of each accommodation are presented on the website. Photographs and descriptions are provided for information and contractual purposes, subject to obvious material errors.

The apartments available for booking are non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

There is no access for people with reduced mobility.

The maximum occupancy for each apartment is indicated at the time of booking.

Article 4 – Booking

Reservations can be made directly at https://apparts-limogeanne.com/, subject to availability.

The customer selects the dates of stay, the desired accommodation and provides the information required to finalize the booking.

The reservation is considered final only after :

– validation of the reservation request,

– acceptance of payment according to the conditions displayed at the time of the order,

– confirmation of the reservation is sent to the customer by e-mail.

Apparts Limogeanne reserves the right to refuse any incomplete, irregular or fraudulent reservation.

Article 5 – Prices

Prices shown on the site are in euros.

The applicable price is that displayed at the time of booking. It includes only those services expressly mentioned in the order summary.

Any additional taxes or charges due, in particular the tourist tax if not included in the price displayed, are indicated to the customer before the final confirmation of the reservation.

Special customer requests, such as early arrival or late departure, may give rise to additional charges if accepted.

Article 6 – Payment terms

The amount due, the payment deadlines and the collection conditions are those indicated in the booking process at the time of the order.

The customer guarantees that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use the chosen means of payment.

In the event of rejection, unjustified opposition, fraud or impossibility of collection, the reservation may be suspended or cancelled.

Article 7 – No right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions applicable to accommodation services provided on a specific date or at specific intervals, the customer does not benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for distance contracts.

Article 8 – Conditions of cancellation or modification by the customer

The total amount of the stay is fully refunded in the event of cancellation made at least 5 days before the scheduled arrival date.

In the event of cancellation less than 5 days before arrival, no-show, early departure or interruption of the stay, the sums paid remain the property of Apparts Limogeanne, unless a more favorable agreement is expressly accepted in writing, or in the event of force majeure as defined by French law.

Any request to modify a stay, dates or accommodation is subject to availability and the express agreement of Apparts Limogeanne. Any modification may result in a price adjustment.

Article 9 – Cancellation by the professional

In the event of exceptional impossibility of providing the accommodation booked, Apparts Limogeanne undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and to offer, subject to availability, an alternative solution or a full refund of the sums paid.

If no alternative solution is accepted by the customer, the sums paid will be reimbursed as soon as possible.

Article 10 – Arrival and departure

Access to the home is gained autonomously via a connected lock system.

Access codes are issued on the day of arrival, subject to full payment and compliance with booking conditions.

Standard arrival time: from 4:00 pm

Standard departure time: up to 11:00 a.m.

Requests for early arrival or late departure are subject to prior agreement and may incur a surcharge.

Article 11 – Use of the premises

The customer undertakes to use the accommodation peacefully, in accordance with its purpose, these GTCs and the instructions communicated before or during the stay.

The customer agrees to :

– respect the maximum occupancy capacity,

– no smoking in the accommodation,

– do not introduce animals,

– respect the neighborhood, common areas and the peace and quiet of the building,

– return the accommodation in a normal state of use at the end of the stay.

Any damage, loss, deterioration or abnormal use of the premises may give rise to invoicing, based on receipts.

Article 12 – Liability

Apparts Limogeanne cannot be held responsible for the non-execution or poor execution of the contract in the event of force majeure, unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party, disturbance of the communication networks or fault on the part of the customer.

The customer is responsible for any damage caused by himself, persons accompanying him or persons he introduces to the premises.

Any complaint must be sent as soon as possible, in writing, to the following address:

In order to enable rapid processing, the customer is invited to attach any useful supporting documents.

Article 14 – Consumer mediation

After a prior written complaint has remained without an amicable solution, the consumer customer may have free recourse to a consumer mediator.

Article 15 – Personal data

Personal data collected in the context of reservations, contact requests or newsletter subscriptions are processed by Apparts Limogeanne for the management of customer relations, reservations and, where applicable, commercial prospecting if the customer has consented.

Article 16 – Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution.

Failing amicable agreement, and after possible recourse to mediation, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts in accordance with the rules of common law.
